Offering a safe, confidential and non-judgmental therapy service to adults is important to Ger. Ger carries out her work with a deep sense of empathy in a humanistic style in which the needs of the client guide the therapy process. Ger strives to offer clients a meaningful therapeutic relationship in which healing and self understanding can occur. Within this safe environment Ger offers practical techniques for coping with life’s worries, relationship and career problems and challenging emotions.

Providing professional, confidential support for adults struggling with mental health challenges is what Thomas strives for. He has a humanistic approach to therapy, focusing on establishing an open and trusting relationship with clients, providing a non judgmental environment where feelings, needs and fears can be safely explored. Thomas is committed to helping individuals better understand themselves and reach their potential with the hope that a better understanding of who we are can provide a more fulfilling and peaceful life.

Offering a safe and non-judgemental space for people to be themselves, share their stories and find relief from life's problems. The counsellors and therapists here at Number 30 draw upon many therapy skills in an integrative approach along with their own varied life experiences. We focus on the potential within all individuals to overcome the problems they face and live the life they truly deserve.

We are situated in the heart of Dublin City, at 30 Mountjoy Square in a traditional Georgian building dating from 1805.  Our rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing wonderful light and privacy for you speak in confidence about any issues you may need to discuss.
